A very well bred French bay gelding by one of the new French Sires, Castle Du Berlais. He is from the same family as Jane Williams’ very exciting horse Saint Segal. Our gelding made his debut at Chepstow in October 2023, putting in a fine performance to finish 2nd against much more experienced horses and followed that up with wins at Sandown and Chepstow and another 2nd in the Victor Ledorum at Haydock. In Rem is a bay gelding standing at 16.3 hands and is a grand looking horse. He is by the top French sire, Kapgarde, from a very good dam line. We acquired him after his first win over hurdles at Ffos Las in October 2021. He then went on to win his next FOUR races for us in very impressive style.

A horse with lots of potential who should continue to give us lots of fun and excitement. Another of Jane Williams French bred purchases in which she specialises. She holds Despereaux in high regard. A very well bred filly out of a mare who was a very successful racehorse herself, winning 7 races including two Listed chases. She was an extremely tough mare and ran 25 times in her career with a best RPR of 152. Neon Madonna is a precocious sort who will be aimed at the new Juvenile hurdle races but will start off in a bumper. She should be ready to run later this season. A very exciting prospect.
